1. Initial Consultation & Client Brief
   Following your initial inquiry, you will be asked to complete a detailed client brief outlining your specific childcare requirements. This document should be returned via email. The agency terms and conditions can be found here.

2. Position Advertisement & Candidate Search
   Your brief will be used to advertise the vacancy, and we will conduct a rigorous search of our extensive Nanny database to identify the most suitable candidates.

3. Candidate Review & Shortlisting
   You will receive detailed profiles of potential candidates for your review. Based on your preferences, you may then shortlist candidates for interviews.

4. Interview Process
   Initial interviews will be conducted, followed by second interviews for candidates who demonstrate exceptional suitability for your family’s needs.

5. Final Selection & Contractual Arrangements
   Once you have selected your preferred candidate, we will assist in coordinating the final arrangements. Employment contracts, provided by you, will be reviewed and finalised.
